Clay Scroggins is passionate about making leadership accessible to everyone, not just Senior Pastors. After graduating from Georgia Tech in Industrial Engineering, Clay spent 20 years in church leadership, has authored three leadership books, and delivers keynotes nationwide. His doctoral work on creating online spaces for personal growth continues today through webinars, podcasts, and practical, Jesus-focused leadership content. Clay and his wife, Jenny, are raising five kids, which he says “definitely isn’t a hobby,” but the heart of his calling.

Chip Measells

Chip Measells is a strategist and culture shaper focused on tackling big challenges with a Kingdom impact—and doubling as his family’s Uber driver. He has an Economics degree from Mississippi State and an MBA from Wharton. Chip built a 15-year career in investment banking and led private equity-backed healthcare companies as CEO for over a decade. Now, as Executive Director of The Point Church in Charlottesville, where he leads staff development, community impact, and growth. Married to his wife, Karen, for over 20 years, he's the proud father of three—Molly, Grace, and Reed—who have kept a family Uno game going strong for six years.
