What to expect
What is the Service Like?
We have weekly Sunday Services at our different campuses around Central Virginia. Each service lasts around one hour, with engaging messages based on Biblical teaching, community and great live worship. We will have opportunities for live prayer and connection point for ways to get involved as you exit the auditorium.
What if I’m New?
We’re so glad you’re here! Be sure to stop by our First Time Guest Area. Our team would love to meet you, give you a small gift, and answer any questions you might have! You will also have the chance to fill out a Connection Card to get more information on how to get involved at The Point!
Am I Required to Pre-register for KidsPoint?
We do encourage you to pre-register your children, ages birth-5th grade, to make your Sunday easier, but it is not required.

Campus Pastor
Matt Close
Matt Close is Louisa Campus Pastor with a heart for growing community and deepening faith. A 10-year Navy veteran in Nuclear Engineering and recruiting, he brings military discipline to ministry. Married to Sarah with three children, they foster a Christ-centered home. Matt enjoys fishing, hiking, and playing guitar. His military experience, family values, and love for people shape his pastoral leadership at The Point.
